System modules

Here we will discuss what kind of modules EVA has and how to use them.

Forms

In this module user can see, create or edit all forms. By entering the “Forms” module, a list of system forms is displayed.

Data fields appear in the list:

  • Sequence number
  • Title
  • Objects
  • Comments
  • Action

A new form is added to the list (created) by clicking on “+”.

Internal tab for the “Forms” module:

Form:

  • Title – form title
  • Objects – here user can choose object type from the list
  • Use weight – indicates if user wants to use weight

Question groups:

  • Actions – add an existing group (this button allows to search for created questions group)
  • Question group search – you need only one letter or a combination of several letters to start showing your first search results. From the list by clicking “+” you can add needed question group which will appear in the table above “Actions” field

Additional data:

  • Inactive – indicates whether form is inactive or active
  • Comments

Created forms can be viewed or edited just by clicking on form field in the list.

Objects

Objects types may vary in different systems. It depends on each customer’s requirements. Sonaro EVA provides an opportunity to evaluate employees, point of sales, industrial premises or other objects.

The “Object” module is used to create and manage new objects. By entering the “Objects” module, a list of system objects is displayed.

Data fields appear in the list:

  • Sequence number
  • Title/ name
  • Type
  • Channel
  • Inactive
  • Comments
  • Action

A new object is added to the list (created) by clicking on “+”.

Internal tab for the “Object” module:

General data:

  • Title/ name
  • Type (it can be employee, point of sales and etc.)
  • Country
  • City
  • Email
  • Personal / Responsible person email addresses

Additional data:

  • Inactive – indicates whether object is inactive or active
  • Comments

Created objects can be viewed or edited just by clicking on object field in the list.

Questions group

Questions group – a group of questions related to a common theme.
Questions group also may vary in different systems because users can create their own questions group.

“Questions group” module is used to create and manage questions group. By entering this module, a list of system questions group is displayed.

Data fields appear in the list:

  • Sequence number
  • Title
  • Comments
  • Actions.

A new group is added to the list (created) by clicking on “+”.

Questions:

  • User can choose questions from the list and add them to the question group he is creating.

Additional data:

  • Comments

Like it was mentioned before ( in Forms) Questions group can be added to the forms.

Created questions group can be viewed or edited just by clicking on questions group field in the list.

Questions

“Questions” module is used to create and manage all questions. By entering “Questions” module, a list of questions is displayed.
In this module list, filtering is performed according to:
Answer type (options: “Yes/ No”; “Free text”; “Predefined”).

Data fields appear in the list:

  • Sequence number
  • Question
  • Answer type – specifies the answer to which the user is assigned;
  • Mandatory – possibility to make that question mandatory
  • Group
  • Comments
  • Actions

A new question is added to the list (created) by clicking on “+”.

Question:

  • Question
  • Answer type
  • Mandatory – possibility to make that question mandatory
  • Can question have a comment? – possibility to make
  • Can question have a photo?
  • Description of the question
  • KPI
  • Evaluation instructions to the question

Additional data:

  • Comments

Question is added to the questions group.

Remember if user deletes question, it also will be deleted from questions group and form.

Created questions can be viewed or edited just by clicking on question field in the list.

Audits

“Audits” module is used to make, edit or view audits. By entering the “Audits” module, a list of system audits is displayed.

Filtering is performed according to:

  • Form
  • Date (from/to)
  • Channel
  • City
  • Auditor

Data fields appear in the list:

  • Sequence number
  • Title
  • Date
  • Form
  • Evaluation
  • Auditors
  • Actions – edit or review

A new audit can be made by clicking “+”.

Internal tab for the “Audits” module:

Audits:

  • Audits – here user can see all created forms and choose one to start filling.
  • Objects – here user can choose what kind of object he wants to audit. Objects options depends on what kind of object types were added to form list.
  • Fill – this button allows to start filling chosen form.

Internal tab of chosen “Form”:

  • Here user can see all questions, to which questions group they belong and mark available answer types
  • At the bottom auditors can add comment and write email where they could be sent

Audits can be edited by clicking “edit”. Here user can see filled form and make changes.

Audits can be reviewed by clicking “review”. Here user can see filled forms results displayed in table (question; answer; KPI; comments).

Users

The “Users” module is used to create and manage new users. By entering the “Users “module, a list of system users is displayed.
A new system user is added to the list (created) by clicking on “+”. This list includes the Export to Excel and CSV and Search features.

In this module list, filtering is performed according to:

  • Only active – shows only active system users in the list (“No” is not selected in the internal module’s “Users” tab, in the “Active” field).

Data fields appear in the list:

  • Sequence number
  • User name – user’s alias (used when logging in to the system)
  • Group – specifies the user group to which the user is assigned
  • Active – indicates whether the user is active
  • Name – username
  • Last name – last name of the user
  • Email – user email address (the user will receive various system messages at this address)
  • Comments/Action (Edit)

Internal tab for the “Users” module:

Login credentials:

  • User name – username (used when logging in to the system)
  • Password – password (used for logging into the system)
  • Group – the user group to which this user belongs is selected from the list of user groups
  • Active – indicates whether the user is active or not

Personal data:

  • Name – real user name
  • Last name – real user surname
  • Email – e-mail address
